PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Having used many tools for project management -- Redmine, Basecamp, Beanstalk, Jira -- if these are not available to you or your organization, we have developed a simple, easy-to-use project management system for addressing project issues.

COMMUNICATION TOOLS
As the project takes on a character of its own, we incorporate the agile method of software development - collaborating daily with team members, and at least once a week with the principle. Since most of development takes place via telecommuting, we use tools Skype; IRC; email.
