We must perform an audit on your website. and report anything relevant that might inhibit your re-design requirements.
Following your specifications or RFP allows us to effectively blueprint your site -- initialize workflow procedures, create wireframes, choose modules or plugins, suggest custom module development, API integration -- all before the development work begins. We will advise and assist all team members on best practices in CMS development.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Having used many tools for project management -- Redmine, Basecamp, Beanstalk, Jira -- if these are not available to you or your organization, we have developed a simple, easy-to-use project management system for addressing project issues.
COMMUNICATION TOOLS
As the project takes on a character of its own, we incorporate the agile method of software development - collaborating daily with team members, and at least once a week with the principle. Since most of development takes place via telecommuting, we use tools Skype; IRC; email.
